Photo: Unshed tears Can not you cry? Oh eyes of mine you've suddenly fallen under I can hear the tears softly brimming beneath the angry thunder Why can't I cry? When all I feel is a sadness pulling me to the ground So many unshed tears now pulling me crushingly down they pound These eyes of mine they tell a truth you didnt think I'd know Unshed tears for every hurt you've tried not to show Your sadness is mine we are intertwined I can feel your pain time and again For the father you wished you had I pray he one day becomes the dad you so desperately yearn for Until then, all my unshed tears for you
Can not you cry?
Oh eyes of mine
you’ve suddenly fallen under
I can hear the tears
softly brimming
beneath the angry thunder
Why can’t I cry?
When all I feel is a sadness
pulling me to the ground
So many unshed tears
now pulling me
crushingly down they pound
These eyes of mine
they tell a truth
you didnt think I’d know
Unshed tears
for every hurt
you’ve tried not to show
Your sadness is mine
we are intertwined
I can feel your pain
time and again
For the father
you wished you had
I pray he one day
becomes the dad
you so desperately yearn for
Until then,
all my unshed tears for you
