UPS is trying to hire 25,000 new drivers to cover their delivery routes. However, about 30% of those who try, fail to pass the traditional UPS drivers’ test. Could you pass the UPS Driver test?

UPS has changed their driver instruction from classrooms and books to real life driver situations. There are obstacle courses with faux ice. UPS driver candidates get to learn on a video game rather than in the classroom now.

The average UPS driver makes about $74,000 a year. That is a great income for the type and amount of training it takes. With their new system, only about 10% of those who take the tests fail, so they have a much improved rate of drivers passing and going to work with UPS now.
