Usher Raymond’s stepson, 11-year-old Kile Glover, will be laid to rest on Friday in Atlanta. Kile was removed from life support on Saturday following a jet ski accident that left the boy brain-dead.
According to a report from Hollywood Life, a spokesperson for the Willie A. Watkins funeral home in Atlanta issued the following statement, sharing the details of Kile Glover’s funeral service.
“Funeral services for Kile Foster will be held at the Wieuca Baptist Church in Atlanta Friday morning. The public viewing will be held at 10 a.m., followed by the funeral services at 11 a.m,” the spokesperson told the media.
While Raymond was only Kile’s stepfather, the two enjoyed a very close relationship during the time he was married to his mother, Tameka Foster. He is grieving this death as if Kile were his own flesh and blood.
Friday will be an incredibly sad day for Usher, Tameka Foster and the rest of Kile Glover’s family. May his funeral be a celebration of his young life and afford some peace for his family members and friends.
