Vancouver 2010 Olympics Medal Count –Updated List

The 2010 Winter Olympics medal count just broke a new record.  For the first time in 22 years Switzerland won a Gold Medal.  Switzerland’s Didier Defago took the Gold in the men’s downhill race today, the 32-year old Swiss said that the race was very fun, but much different than the training due to weather.  U.S.’s Bode Miller took Bronze medal in this event making it six medals for the United States for the 2010 Winter Olympics.  The United States is leading in the medals with Germany, France, and Canada close behind.  France has the most Gold Medals (2) as of today.

NBC Olympics updates the medal count for the 2010 Winter Olympics regularly.  You can also look up the TV listings and the schedule of events.  Just remember when looking at times if you are on the East Coast add three hours!
