Vivi’s Sausage & Sauce

Yield: 8 servings
12 ea Fresh Italian sausage links
32 oz spaghetti sauce
1 ea Green Bell pepper seeded & sliced to strips
1 ea Onion sliced
8 ea Hoagie rolls split lengthwise
parmesan cheese grated as required
Put sausage links, spaghetti sauce, green pepper & onion into a slow cooker
Stir to coat everything in sauce.
Cover then cook on Low for 6 hrs.
Serve on hoagie rolls sprinkled with Parmesan cheese
