What role did singer Sheryl Crow play in dethroning former beau Lance Armstrong? She reportedly cooperated with investigators looking into the issue last year.

According to a report from RadarOnline, Crow and Armstrong began dating in 2003. The two got engaged in 2005, but he called it off in 2006 after learning she had breast cancer.

Lance Armstrong wSheryl Crowas banned by the U.S. Ant-Doping Agency on August 24th, and stripped of his Tour de France titles after giving up his fight brought on by the agency in June. Now reports emerged saying Crow was interviewed by federal agents in 2011 regarding this case.

Reps for Crow neither acknowledge or deny the claims. Her lawyer, Jay Cooper, answered calls with a curt, ‘No comment.’ It’s not known exactly what kind of information she provided.

Do you think Sheryl Crow provided the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency with information that took down Lance Armstrong? Did she simply comply with their request in order to do her civic duty or was she pleased at getting a final jab in at the man who let her down so horribly?
