Mom made this for dinner tonight, and it was absolutely amazing! She cooked the chicken with garlic powder and also added a minced clove to the recipe. These steps aren’t in the original.
This is her adaptation of the Paula Deen recipe.
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 2 cups diced smoked sausage
- 2 cups diced smoked ham
- 1 large yellow onion, chopped
- 1 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups sour cream
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large pot, cook spaghetti; drain and set aside.
In a large bowl mix together the chicken, sausage, ham, onions, cheeses and sour cream.
In a separate small pot, dissolve bouillon cubes with hot water and pour over the meat and pasta.
Pour mixture into a large casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Top with parmesan.
Bake 30-35 minutes or til hot and bubbling.
