I have been craving tuna so bad over the past few weeks, that I bought almost every can Kroger had! In fact, I was in such a hurry to get this dish made that I didn’t drain the tuna as well as I should have. The finished product shouldn’t be quite so thin.
2 cans water packed tuna, well drained
1/2 can white beans, well drained
1 scoop mayo
splash of balsamic vinegar
pinch each: freshly ground black pepper, celery seed and dill weed
Mix all, cover tightly and refrigerate at least an hour.
I served mine over mixed salad greens.
