Who Is Abu Khabab Al-Masri?

This story seems to have come off the wires a few hours ago:

AN AL-QAEDA chemical and biological weapons expert named Abu Khabab Al-Masri was killed in a suspected US missile strike, Pakistani intelligence officials said a day after the attack.

Al-Masri, who carried a US$5 million (S$6.8 million) bounty on his head, had earlier been identified as the likely target of Monday’s strike on a house in a madrasa compound in a Pakistani tribal area bordering Afghanistan.

I wonder if it will get any play? As of 5:33AM Eastern time It’s still not up on the Times’ site. So I guess we’ll see. And wouldn’t something like this really play into Obama’s strengths as he has called for just such actions–and been howled down by the far right for being reckless?
