You’re a Racist!

This is racist, that is racist and you’re a racist! Not a supporter of President Obama? Racist. Republican? Racist. Founding Fathers? American values? ‘Birther’? Libertarian? Racist. Think Obama plays enough golf to qualify for the PGA? Racist. Wait…what? Seriously?

Seriously. MSNBC host Lawrence O’Donnell said that Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY) was racist because he suggested President Obama should try for the PGA since he played so much golf. Apparently, in ‘Republican Code’, that meant McConnell was trying to associate Obama with Tiger Woods and ‘that lifestyle’! Where do they come up with this garbage? In another instance, MSNBC host Chris ‘I felt this thrill going up my leg’ Matthews claimed that using the word ‘Chicago’ was racist! There’s also ‘code words’ like “food stamp president”, “Closed borders” and “poor work ethic”. Remember the accusations of racism when Attorney General Eric Holder was asked about Fast and Furious?

PhotobucketPulitzer Prize-winning columnist Cynthia Tucker wrote, “There isn’t a political strategist, political scientist or political journalist who doesn’t know that ‘welfare’ is code for ‘poor black people.'” Where do these outlandish claims come from? Groups like the Obama Campaign and Obama’s ‘Truth Team’ know these techniques work in their favor. Liberals are using race as a dividing point more often than ever in recent history. For people who actually face racism in their lives, there is nothing more polarizing. What better way to ensure the support of minorities?

The Obama Campaign has used race-baiting techniques to make sure that the minorities will come back to the polls and vote for Obama, no matter how poor his performance has been over the past four years. Minorities are in no better shape than they were four years ago. Yet they are supposed to believe the next four will be different? Maybe not, but they believe it’s better than voting for the ‘racist’ team of Romney/Ryan! They claim the ‘lack of diversity’ at the Republican National Convention (RNC) is proof of racism. Rather, at least in part, it shows that the nefarious motivations of the left have been successful.

Mitt Romney nailed it when he said Obama’s “campaign and his surrogates have made wild and reckless accusations that disgrace the office of the presidency. This is what an angry and desperate presidency looks like. Mr. President, take your campaign of division, anger and hate back to Chicago.” Rush Limbaugh recently went on a rant about the race-baiting on his radio show. He said, “They’re going to find a link between whatever any speaker says, to racism. They are a political operation. MSNBC is not a news network. They’re not a cable network. They are a political network.”

The campaign and their supporters habitually belittle journalists and other people in opposition to their failed policies. Their tactics have backfired several times on Twitter when they have started hashtags that were quickly taken over by conservatives. The liberal extremists may have a high-profile online, they are masters of social media, masters enough to decide you are a racist, even when nothing could be further from the truth. But the fact remains, conservatives are the great majority in this country. After four years of President Obama and several months of bullying, perhaps this time they will come out on voting day to prove their mettle.

“The modern definition of ‘racist’ is someone who is winning an argument with a liberal” –Peter Brimelow
